Hullo, Candy:--
I am delighted to be here. It is so much fun, moreso than I could ever have imagined. I love reading about weird fiction, seeing stunning artwork, meeting writers. I am by nature a total recluse, but I LOVE correspondence, and this is a very unique and enthralling kind of communication. Too, it will stand as a personal journal of my life on-line, & a record of my life as an underground Lovecraftian writer. The only "problem" is that I find it so compelling that I don't want to sleep. I hope this sense of addiction never wears off. My love, Wilum

I think it's the Japanese characters for Tengu- a demon/trickster god, tied in with ninjutsu; literally 'heavenly dog'. I don't speak a word of Japanese, it has to be said, so this information is from Babelfish, Wiki and a little reading around.
