It appears to be out of circulation, at least from the vendors I was provided info on. It is on Vimeo, though I cannot attest to the legality of presence for free streaming:

Does anyone know if the revised version of The Frolic short story, the screenplay and the Thomas Ligotti interview are available in any of his books or at all besides the DVD?
