I'm afraid I can't help you with the publication date, but to anyone unaware of this book:

Go to 20:40 and hear Joshi give his take on this upcoming publication. ("It is one of the best weird collections I have ever read, at least in the last 20 years and maybe longer than that.")

It has certainly made me interested.

I also enjoy an arctic or snowy landscape. I think my attraction comes from the belief that this is where the wild things are.

I am very much interested in obtaining the book "---" and completing my set. I have fond memories of the second in this trilogy, "--". However the first volume "-" I found to be rather insubstantial.
