Yes, I believe that. That's why I chose Trump as the lesser of two evils.

But he's done some good things. He has potential...and is a great message bearer.

Generally, I dont think the media exaggerates or picks on Trump. He blatantly does illegal things constantly. At the very least he has broken the emoluments clause. He also clearly is guilty of obstruction of justice. He even said he fired the head of the FBI because of the "Russier thing". I would say, if anything, the media has been easy on him. And they were super duper easy on him in the primaries and the general election.

If he needed a safe space, he probably shouldnt have run for president.

It does seem that more people are willing to use tactics that they would cry foul if used against themselves (or maybe it's just more clearly visible now). Only appreciating laws and freedom of speech when it benefits them.
Trump is no different. I'm pretty sure he wants laws changed to benefit him.
