Some of those pictures seem to come from other material than IAFTIAFL... Those on the other side of the Atlantic, like me, will have to set our alarm clocks early tomorrow!

I was mistaken before. The film will not be streamed generally yet, but it is an exciting project. It was created as a proof of concept for a television series -- more information will be revealed in the coming months.

The footage shown in that video looks damn near immaculate. I'd always been more concerned which of Ligotti's stories would translate the best to feature format that I never realized a Ligotti television anthology has the potential to work best for his material. Count me in, TV or web series, it's practically all the same these days.

I'm quite excited about this, but also anxious about how they'll work as movies. So much of his stories' texture lie in the narrators' voice(s), and I fear a film/series version will have to remove some of what makes Ligotti's work what it is.

Just noticed one of the posters in the alley: "Dr. Voke and Mr. Veech." And written on the medicine bottles on the shelf: "Quine." Either they play a role in the short or this thing will be stacked with easter eggs.

I'm thinking that elements from various stories will be merged (The Showman from "Gas Station Carnivals" for instance, which seems to be more than just an easter egg in the background), which makes me wonder how it will work as a whole. It makes me even more curious actually!

All apologies. I'm a little dense. So, is this going to be a for purchase streamed short film? Is the film complete or in production? Is this a Kickstarter and/or Patreon for a project that is has not begun yet? Not clear on the format, the point it is at in development, or the timeline. Any information on any one of those (many) questions would be super helpful and I would very, very much appreciate it. All apologies if I missed something. I'm STUPIDLY excited about this INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE project. Thank you for giving all of us a head's up Dr. Locrian. I did not even know this was a concept.
