Happy Birthday Mr. D.

Thanks for remembering me. I happen to have this day off from work so I got to do some exciting thing such as vaccuming the arpet and dusting the surfaces. My first name is Ken, but if i'm some kind of candy it would be of the sweet/sour type. I have to go now. The floors need to be mopped and no one else has offered to mop them for me. My sincere thanks and best wishes to all of you.

The arpet? You obviously have a lifestyle. I can't afford a lifestyle. And, alas, I have no arpet. It sounds like an architectural feature of stately homes. I imagine the tour guide saying: "note to your left the early Palladian arpet, amongst the lovelier gems of Château d' D, but one that is missed by some of the less discriminating visitors..."

It's easy to C that the floor was cleaned too rigorously...

Please forgive me for my lateness – I was out of town for several days and just returned to TLO. Hope you had a wonderful birthday, Ken! It’s a pleasure to have you as a friend.
