I appreciate that after almost seven years, the above link is still viable and the copy still available.
I have bought from that particular vendor, though I find it more reliable to use eBay.

Yeah, I used to buy a lot from that vendor, too. But after getting ripped off twice, I said no more. He has an excellent stock of books, but after my two negative experiences, the lack of trust was enough to convince me to go elsewhere. As a result, I've let a couple of ostensibly good deals go in the last couple of years ("Shrike", I'm looking at you), but them's the breaks.

I never really got ripped off, but he did try to pull a fast one with me.
There was a title on his website I ordered. Day or so later, I got a note saying he had just sold it the day before. Bummer, but OK
Then, two weeks later, the same title (an OP limited edition) surfaces, only 25% higher.
I walked.
Now, this same vendor has an eBay store, where he can't pull this. eBay has governance, and they would boot him and his IP if he tried.
Like most of you, I've won some and lost some.
There was only one title that got away that I regret, and I still sigh about it from time to time some thirty years on.
Everything else, I leave in the closet with old cafes and ex-girlfriends.
