Wanted: A few rare, probably unobtainable non-Ligotti titles (Crisp, Oliver)

I'm looking for a few books that are unavailable for purchase anywhere online that I'm able to find, or only available priced much higher than I'm willing to pay. I don't have great hopes of anyone here having copies they'd be willing to sell at prices I'd be willing to pay, but I suppose it's worth a shot. In addition to paying cash, I could also offer various items from my own collection in trade, if you go in for that sort of thing.

Quentin S. Crisp, The Nightmare Exhibition
Quentin S. Crisp, Rule Dementia
Reggie Oliver, Madder Mysteries (There's one copy of this on eBay, but I can't see paying $400 for it. The most I can rationalize is $200 plus further value in trade.)

For Madder Mysteries by Reggie Oliver, seek out Dramas from the Depths published by Centipede Press. This is the Reggie Oliver anthology to own. I believe Centipede is planning a second printing. Get it if you can. It is more bang for your buck!

I have Dramas from the Depths, actually (a gorgeous and wonderful book, well worth the price), but it only includes half of the stories from Madder Mysteries, and I'm enough of a collecting nut that I'd like a separate copy anyway. Thanks, though.
