Items for Sale - I'm Getting Married :)

Michael

Grimscribe
Hi everyone

I'm going to be selling some items over the next few weeks. Ordinarily I would be putting this up on Ebay (and I'll put a link to that thread probably during the holidays when I have time) but The Nightmare Network is my favorite place and I thought I would give people here first dibs especially as I have a lot of Ligotti related items.

This is to raise funds to get a wedding ring for my girlfriend as I'm taking that big step :)

So, to cut to the chase, here are a few initial items. Please Message me through the Network if you are interested. PayPal works great for me. I can send pics and add further description if you are interested.

Weird Fiction/Limited Edition Related

Prize Item is the Greek edition of I Have a Special Plan for This World. I'm asking for $200 (including shipping) and will include a bonus Ligotti related item in the package that I promise will make it worth the cost. I REALLY would like someone on the Network to have this and give it a good new home. So that's why it is first.

I have a paperback copy of Grimscribe I'm selling for $50
And a paperback copy of Songs of a Dead Dreamer I'm selling for $50 as well. Or $80 for both together.

I have the original Carrol and Graf Grimscribe. It has some wear to the cover so I'm willing to sell this around $60.

REALLY hard to let go so offer me a price for the following
I have the Centipede Press edition (now long out of print) for The Forever War (#56). Still in shrink wrap.

I have a tray cased #146 of the 2011 Infernal House edition of The Light is The Darkness. Excellent condition.

I have a paperback copy of The Shadow at the Bottom of the World.

I have the hardback Mythos books Teatro Grotresco edition.

VERY random items if anyone is interested
Complete box set of Zeppelin studio recordings I can sell at $60

Ultimate Spiderman Hardbacks vol's 1 to 3 (so gets you up to the end of Venom)

Let me know if there is any interest and, again, I'll have more items to post during and after the holidays. Thanks everyone and Happy Holidays!

Ditto, congratulations. My wife and I are going on 20 years next year, and for whatever it's worth it's the best choice I (I won't say "we", LOL) ever made. Hopefully the same will be the case for you.

Congratulations. If you have not sold the Greek edition by next month, I will consider getting it off your hands. Sadly, I cannot do it now. Bit skeptical about getting Ligotti in translation, though. Still, there is something wickedly appealing to the notion of Ligotti [and Ligotti enthusiasts] helping someone start his married life. If it is not an imposition and/or indecent highjacking of the thread, do you or anyone else have any idea if I can find anywhere online a sample of Ligotti translated in Greek? If not a whole story, a single scanned page will do. I recall the first omnibus edition of HPL in Greek was badly translated. Barker fared slightly better. So, I worry about Ligotti in Greek.

Thanks everyone! MUCH appreciated! :)

And sorry! I should've clarified. This is the bilingual edition so it has BOTH Greek and English. I have the Durtro softcover copy also (can't part with that one) and the English in the bilingual edition lines up with the English in the Durtro copy. So, cliff notes version, it's the English but you get Greek too. And Cynothoglys, totally cool to hijack :)

Sorry about the confusion!
