  • Thanks Nicole, I'm a huge Porcupine Tree fan, so this is most appropriate. In Absentia is one of my favorite albums of the last ten years. Hope all is well. Best, as always, Tim
Yes, these are scans of the original prints which I own. I actually showed them to Harry and he said that even he doesn't have copies of these anymore. There is so much hidden in the images if you really look, that what makes them so haunting and, to me, mesmerizing. I actually have a very large collection of items like these that were sent to Tom back in the 80's, and he was kind enough to send me a box of these types of things with various odds and ends, letters from editors, fanzines, from various sources, etc. Tom doesn't get too attached to material things, so every so often, he'll go through a bunch of stuff and send it to me knowing that I am a collector of anything related to his work. I am very fortunate to have these things. I also have alot of artwork that Harry sent to Tom just to get feedback from him when he was experimenting with various printing techniques 20-odd years ago. He is the master of the collage, there's no doubt about that.

Love the images, Tim. It's as though someone were photographing dreams with an old camera. His style is truly gifted and inimitable. Are these prints that you own and scanned? If so, you're very fortunate. No problem at all with the wait on the CoC copy. Thanks again for doing this!
Tim, I love the Howling New Year piece by Harry O. Morris you posted. I would love to see any others you upload in the future. I love his style, though I admit I haven't seen a ton of original work outside illustrations done for various horror authors. Thanks for sharing!
Here's a pretty nifty original print that I got from Tom last year. Harry Morris was known to send
these types of things to friends during different times of the year, and as you can see, this was sent to Tom on
New Years of 1984 and he was kind enough to share this with me. I have a whole host of these types of original, one-off pieces that Harry created and sent out as gifts, to Tom and others, and I'd actually like to share more of them with people here that would appreciate them.
It's pretty special stuff, and I am proud to own such rare and unusual artwork, especially since it was created
by Harry, given to Tom, then given to me by him. I couldn't put a dollar value on it because it transcends that.

That's very interesting. I'll have to read the whole piece when I get the chance. Thank you, sir.
I was just thinking of you the other day, so it's funny that you put that image up. It's so sinister you just have to love it. Thank you kindly, and we should chat some time soon. When I get a chance I'll send you a message. Hope things are going well. Tim
I have lots more to scan, and I will certainly share some more. By the way...hope you're feeling better.
