  • Hey Quentin:

How are you? I've been reading 'All God's Angels' and enjoying your subtle, elegant prose. I've happened across references to your chapbook 'Psychopomps and Others' and wondered if you have access to a copy? Also, I paid for a copy of 'The Boy Who Played with Shadows' but did not receive it, and it doesn't look like I will. Do you know anyone who has a copy?

Thanks, and hoping you are well!!!

    Kevin
    Hey Quentin:

So, have things slowed enough for you to entertain my request?

    Thanks!
    Hey Quentin:

Just a quick question: Do you have any of your books for sale, personally? I'm particularly interested in the ltds. of 'All God's Angels' and 'Morbid Tales.' At the moment I only own 'Shrike' and
    'Remember You're a One Ball.'

    Thanks and send word,

    Kevin
    Dear Sir

If you click on the little box beside the date, then go to ''Delete'', that should take care of those infernal spam messages -- at least, that is how it works for me.

    All the best,
    Hell-Ghost
I appreciate your posts here, Mr. Crisp, always full of thoughtful insight. And by the way, would it not be best to delete the insufferable spam message that you have below?
I apologize for the delay, but thank you for accepting my friend request, Mr. Crisp. Also, I wanted to let you know I thoroughly enjoyed reading your story, Suicide Watch; in fact, I read it twice. Thanks again. Take care.
Hello Corman. Thank you. I've only just seen this message. Haven't been here for a while. I hope it doesn't take too long to come out; the longer it takes the less likely it is to be worth the wait, of course.
Q: Glad you enjoyed the interview. If you haven't already, feel free to check out the free excerpt of FRIED FURRIES ("A Citizen's History of the Pseudo-Amish Anschluss") up in the online literature section of The Repository here on TLO. As far as your question...Gosh. There are SO many great Python Sketches. I'm fond of the very strange ones. "Bogus Psychiatrists", for example. Or the sketches with the pantomime horse. There are also some exceedingly strange skits featuring the pepperpots (the pythons in drag as old English women) that almost defy brief explanation.
As theme to TV's GOLDEN GIRLS use to say, "thank you for being a friend" (or, at least, adding me as one on TLO). Nicole
Dear Q, I just finished reading "Remember You're a One-Ball!" if there is any justice in this world you'll be canonized for it. It is now my favorite book of all time. Keep pushing beyond the limitations of what is currently accepted as "literature"...I know you will...you can't help it! I cannot wait to see what you will do next. I would love to send copies to every mainstream publisher to dangle under their nose, so they can see how much they missed "the melon-truck" on publishing this masterpiece first! A "Heartbreaking work of Staggering Genius", indeed.
Thanks for the request, I feel honored. One of the first things I did upon discovering this wonderful site was read your story "Suicide Watch". It spoke to me a lot; you are a very good writer, my friend.
    Good Evening Quentin

If we meet at the World Horror Convention please let me buy you a drink.
Hello, just wanted to say I am totally in awe of what I've read of your work so far. Morbid Tales in near the top of my to be read pile, and I am eagerly awaiting my copy of All God's Angels, Beware! from Ex Occidente, which will hopefully arrive any day now. I can't wait to get to them both! :)
