Hi John. I really have to apologize for that - I have been terrible with the mailing list. I had trouble setting one up but am trying again. About the ones you missed (“Rangel” and “after”), I do have a couple of PCs of both of them from their second editions, not numbered but otherwise the same as the numbered copies, if you are interested.
