It's a quietly appealing cover in classic '50s/'60s paperback style, unlike the standard prettified Photoshop job on the US edition. The Ballard blurb is always a plus. I may have to pick one up for myself.

Agreed. Take out the Penguin logo and it looks like something thrown together in 2 minutes by some fly-by-night POD outfit.

This is excellent news. As to the cover, however, all I'll say is the book deserves much better, especially considering we're talking Penguin here. (I felt similarly about the Dead Dreamer + Grimscribe reissue.)
