I too was ghosted by Dan. I paid for three Paysage d'Hiver books over a year ago (or is it two years already?). I ordered from him before, so I had no reasons to mistrust him. I received only 'A Vigil of Black Stars', though I suspect it's not the new expanded edition that I was promised. Still...
