As someone living in the francophone world, I thought I'd put up something by Stromae, who is the current reigning megastar of francophone hip-hop. Here's Alors on Danse, which was his first big hit.

I'm not a dedicated hip hop fan by any means, but I enjoy a lot of the classic Wu-Tang records, 666 Mafia, DJ Screw, etc.

This is a pretty entertaining one-off record that I don't see mentioned much. Dark beats and dense science fiction inspired lyrics.
