I'm a bit wary concerning the legality behind these albums being available for free public downloading; though, due to the unfortunate deaths of Johnn & Sleazy, most of these albums have been out of print for some time. So, if anyone more familiar copyright laws finds a definite issue with this, please, report it, comment back, and I will do the same.
Anyway, it appears that someone has put forth a great deal of time and effort into uploading (legally, I hope) a rather sizable portion of Coil's discography to archive.org; all of which can be found here: https://archive.org/details/opensource_audio?and[]=creator%3A%22Coil%22&and[]=mediatype%3A%22audio%22
