Do you like fast food? What’s your favorite fast-food chain?

I live in southern Chile, and there aren’t many fast-food chains here. They’ve only recently started to arrive. When I was a kid, I naively really enjoyed that kind of thing, especially McDonald’s. Even so, I’ve never been to Burger King, and my sister, who lives in the capital, tells me it’s better than McDonald’s and that the Whopper is delicious.

We have KFC here, which I really liked as a kid. There’s also Subway (the sandwiches), but I don’t like it. For now, what I do enjoy is Papa John’s. I like buying pizzas for myself and heating them up later; I feel like they’re perfect for those Friday-night late-night binges.

Other than that, I haven’t had the chance to try or experience any more fast-food chains. I have nothing against fast food—in fact, quite the opposite. I’d actually like to have more options here. That said, I feel like KFC isn’t the same as it was 10 years ago, when I was a kid and a huge fan of it.

I generally avoid that stuff like the plague. That said, sometimes (in the airport?) it's the only real option, in terms of price and convenience. I learned to cook, and while it takes a while to learn, it's worth it in the long run.

PS. I'd like to think "America" (USA) has more to offer than that. I'm a little embarrassed that fast food is becoming our gift to the world. But I guess it's not the only bad thing.

PPS. I loved that stuff as a child, but my parents didn't generally want to spring for it. Now I see that was a good thing...

McDonald's? Devastating the rain forests for cattle pastures, and extinguishing unique species every day, to make mass-produced hamburgers. And the profits go into the pockets of the international bankers and warmongers, the satanists. I haven't eaten at McDonald's in about 40 years. I enjoy best cooking my own food from raw materials. Occasionally do some fast food picked up at the supermarket, like pizza or tacos. But it is difficult to live by ethic standards, and avoid the big corporate, in today's civilization. I try to choose bio organic brands.

What do antinatalists and nihilists think about the devastation of nature, the forests and oceans, and the exstinguishing of species? Do they find it positive?

I knew this topic would spark some debate, but I’d never really thought about it in the way you put it… It would be interesting to hear what they think.

I rather like McDonald's. Some of their breakfast items are amazing. Burger King is pretty good. Taco Bell's discount menu items aren't very fancy but they are filling. Generally speaking, though, if I must east fast food and I don't mind waiting, Arby's has the best fries.
