I bought a new laptop and I can't remember my password. When I try to reset it, I don't even get an email. My e-mail is saintcioran@hotmail.com.

By the way, I keep my passwords in a folder in various flash drives.

I also use a password manager. There is absolutely no way I can remember my 20-30 character passwords otherwise.
Many free options are available, most are cloud based.
Numerous sites give reviews and "best".
