A new chat engine has been installed and is accessible from the site's main menu bar. This replaces the original TLO chat utility in entirety.
The chat engine within The Nightmare Network board system is still functional, and does allow for integration with existing profiles. Since we found the interface to be a bit too "clunky" for extensive use, a separate engine was installed. For now, both chat programs will remain intact and feel free to use either as you prefer.
The new chat engine is to be considered the official gathering place for scheduled events, although use will certainly not be limited to such. We encourage everyone to try it out. Registration is as simple as selecting a username and passwords are necessary only for moderators. For continuity, choosing the same username as used with The Nightmare Network is encouraged.
