As an experiment in serialized fiction (something that's always fascinated me) I've decided to begin publishing THE KILLING GAME (the first novel in my old Metatron's Arch fantasy trilogy) at Wattpad on a chapter-by-chapter basis. I should warn that the writing style for it is far more mainstream and conventional than my traditionally published collections/novels, and if purple prose/swords & sorcery/steampunk-y fantasy isn't your cup of tea, is probably best avoided... it'll be interesting to see what reaction (if any!) it garners... in any event I posted the first chapter yesterday, still deciding when and how I'll be adding new content (possibly every weekend?)

This is actually the 7th draft! I handwrote the first version back in 2000, typed a second version around 2012 or thereabouts, and have done a number of drafts on it since then, so in some ways it's kind of a mix of old and new.
