Hello there,
Since Jon was kind enough to set up a forum for me here, I figured it only right that I should introduce myself. I've been lurking around TLO for some time now, but I'm notoriously bad at forums, so I haven't really posted much of anything. I'm hoping to change that.
My name is Orrin Grey, I'm a writer, editor, amateur film scholar, and monster expert. I've recently had stories in The Children of Old Leech, Letters to Lovecraft, and Giallo Fantastique, among others, and I have stories forthcoming in Gothic Lovecraft and Cthulhu Fhtagn! to name a few. My story "Persistence of Vision" will be reprinted in Ellen Datlow's Best Horror of the Year Volume 7, and in October Word Horde will be releasing my second collection, Painted Monsters & Other Strange Beasts.
It's a pleasure to meet everybody here at TLO that I haven't met already, and I'm looking forward to browsing the forums more regularly. Also, if you're so inclined, keep an eye on this space for news and announcements about upcoming projects, including more info on Painted Monsters as its release draws closer.
