Where can you buy Born to Fear?

Born to Fear, edited by Matt Cardin seems to be impossible to find to buy online? Does anyone have insight into where to get a copy?
 
I wish you luck. I've been trying to find one that isn't being sold at an exorbitant price. You may want to keep your eye on bookfinder.com.
 
A copy just sold on ebay UK for a buy it now price of 22 pounds, including shipping! I wish I had seen earlier and could have let you know.
 
Abebooks might be another place where you can put in search criteria and will be notified any time any given book by any given author gets put on the site. Lots of new and used books there, of course. And yes...I just searched briefly and the only two copies I found were on Amazon (500 dollars) and Ebay, 1000...which is pretty insane.
