Flowers of the Sea is still available quite cheaply in The Horror Anthology of Horror Anthologies together with stories by DP Watt, Colin Insole, Mark Valentine, Joel Lane, Mike O'Driscoll etc etc...

Isn't there enough uncollected tales for a new collection quite soon?

I've been trying to keep up with Oliver's appearances in anthologies but have simply lost track.

I don't think it's been mentioned in this thread yet, either
You might want to look three posts above yours. :)

Oliver has had a new collection every couple years since 2003, so I won't be surprised if we get one before 2013 is out. There are at least half a dozen uncollected stories I know of, and I'm sure I've missed a few.

"Flowers of the Sea" is an outstanding story, really masterful.

I just received the new Tartarus Press anthology Dark World, where a forthcoming collection, Flowers of the Sea, by Oliver for Tartarus is mentioned. Very good news.

Great news. I note that Oliver had mentioned Flowers of the Sea as a possible title for his next collection in this interview from last August, which is quite interesting and hasn't, I think, been linked here before.

Yes, very good news.
I know I must be biased, but, for me, temperamentally, FLOWERS OF THE SEA is the greatest Horror Story ever written. I know that's pretty strong. But, actually, I do feel that inside.

I have heard that the text of Reggie Oliver's The Wounds of Exile was integrated into his first Dracula book. Is this true? If so, does anyone know if it was broken up, or if it remains relatively unbroken up in the text (and, if so, which parts)?

Re: Reggie Oliver

That is correct. However, Wounds of Exile works particularly well as a stand alone story and is one of the most colorful sections of The Dracula Papers: Book I. It may have been reworked somewhat but I read them both fairly close together and didn't notice any major differences between them. Having said that, I feel that it was a more pleasurable experience reading that particular section in a Passport Levant volume versus in the Chomu paperback of the novel itself, as nicely produced as it is.

The novel, as you probably know, is particularly episodic and would have worked well broken into many Passport Levant volumes, I feel.

I'm looking forward to Book II of The Dracula Papers which I do hope appears sometime soon.

Do you know which chapter or chapters of the Dracula book is effectively Wounds of Exile?
