Richard Gere and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Hmmm. It could work. I especially think that the casting of Ms. Zeta-Jones would add a very interesting Orlando-esque angle. If I ever get around to writing a screenplay, I'll keep this in mind. :cool:

Of course, if it takes a long time to write the screenplay, it might require younger actors.

It started as a DFL story... I thought of what we seemed to agree were good changes... and it ended as a collaboration. (The only story we wrote together, I think, that wasn't originally conceived as joint effort.)

The bench on which I was writing rotted away this year, and -- within the last month -- its remains were removed.
