Re: Ex Occidente Press
I think there has been some misunderstanding of tone in some recent posts, a common risk with forum posts. I, for one, wasn't upset by Keith's post about my reviews as I don't sense he meant it to be upsetting.
I hope things can now settle down a bit here. |
Re: Ex Occidente Press
Thank you, Mr. Lewis.
And just to be clear, and to get back to the subject of the thread, I think Mr. Ghetu is an inspired, original and fearless publisher. If I'd never heard of Ex Occidente Press, my reading life would be much, much poorer and I (for good or ill) may never have published a word. There's nothing I feel compelled to say here about Ex Occidente's past business record. And Dan, I of course wish you long life and abundant works. |

I will ignore your question as to my level of understanding of the English language; as I did fail to point out that your post merely made little or no sense to me. I think many would agree: Des' RTRs are not to be missed. |
Re: Ex Occidente Press
I do need to report that Dan did refund one of the books I ordered from him and never got, and he promised to refund the other two shortly. If I ever get the books from him, I will apologize to him and mention it here, as well as post pictures.

Always nice to receive a package with that nice red tape saying Fragile! from Germany. :-)
I received my lettered "R" of Descended Suns Resuscitate. Do I need to say it's beautiful? My only concern is that I'll have to protect those little crystals to not scratch the books that are next to it. :-) Thanks to Jonas and Dan! |
Re: Ex Occidente Press
Dear fellows,
I wrote this short review about the extraordinary "Letters from Oblivion" by Andrew Condous. I hope you enjoy. Letters from Oblivion | Bibliophage (English Version) Letters from Oblivion | Bibliofagia (Portuguese Version) |
Re: Ex Occidente Press
I noticed that on the Zagava books website, Infra Noir is (at last) available for pre-order.
