Being well into my pints, I was inspired to drag out a hidden post I made last year featuring some impromptu Joy Division "covers", all of which I banged out during two of my clandestine vocal practice sessions. Featuring Thor Harris. Best damn thing I've heard all year. The way Ben Frost builds these monolithic, anxiety ridden movements into majestic, sweeping layers of harsh and violent noise is absolutely brilliant.

The whole album "A U R O R A" is fantastic really. I've been listening to it nonstop for the past week.
