UPDATE - TLO PLATFORM UPGRADE/MIGRATION

The code upgrade scheduled by the Host Service Provider (HSP) for TLO has either been delayed or not had the anticipated effect. While this may be a temporary state, I have elected to turn the forums back on until I can allocate enough time to complete the upgrade. In the event that the HSP applies revisions that break the coding for TLO, the database will remain intact and retain all post data. For now, you may resume activity as normal. Thanks to everyone for their continued patience!

Thanks for all that you do to keep TLO available.
Have strongly felt the absence of it these days!
Looking forward to the rebirth.

Although it seemed that the Server Host Provider was still going to support older PHP installations, it appears that they have upgraded the software and broken portions of the code here. Unfortunately, this is not a quick fix. Although I invested in the vBulletin software required, the conversion is time-consuming and features will be lost. I will keep everyone updated, but for now please ignore error messages that do not interfere with content viewing or posting.

I found an HSP that supports earlier versions of PHP. I have requested a domain migration, but it could take 24 to 48 hours to resolve. If this move works, the site should resume without errors.

The migration appears to be complete, though repopulating the nameservers may take longer for different parts of the world. All seems to be working well, and if I am not mistaken the page loading is significantly faster. If anyone encounters issues, please let me know.

First time I’ve been able to successfully logon since the migration.
I hope to read as many new posts as possible before the server crashes again.
Could be my geo-location that Brian mentioned.

If you received a message that the server was too busy, that was a setting that I have since corrected. Push onward, my good man!

A sincere thank you, Brian, for your ongoing work in keeping this place up and running.

Btw, I think I can anecdotally confirm, from my own experience, that pages are now loading faster.
